Did you know March is National Caffeine Awareness Month?
As I did a little research I found this movement was created in 2003
by the National Caffeine Alliance whose goal is to bring awareness to the effects of caffeine in our lives.
Caffeine is addicting.
As with all addictions it’s important to know
how caffeine affects you and how you are using caffeine.
For us who have ever stopped caffeine can attest to a hell of a withdrawal headache.
But then again, there is doing like the smell of coffee brewing in the morning.
I also read a recent study from the Queen Mary University in London that a moderate
consumption of coffee has proven increased health benefits.
The benefits where related to cardiac health, reduced mortality rates and reduction in strokes.
Good stuff.
I’m pretty sure they mean just the coffee has benefits and not all the stuff
we add to our drinks.

My dog Bodhi in the photo above loves his Pupicino’s
and I am quite fond of their iced teas.
So I guess the message is be aware… and ENJOY.
If you are struggling with living alone and feeling overwhelmed connect
