My Mission is to Remind You That You Were Always Good Enough
About Me
I work with women who are capable, thoughtful, and deeply self-aware. Women who are tired of living inside their own heads.
On the outside, their lives often look stable and functional.
Inside, they’re caught in persistent self-doubt, overthinking, or a constant internal commentary they can’t seem to shut off.
My work is not about fixing you or teaching you how to be more positive.
It’s about helping you understand how your thoughts are shaping your emotional experience, and learning how to step back from them instead of being run by them.
Once you begin to notice how your inner dialogue operates,
you’re no longer stuck reacting to it, and that’s where change begins.
This work is about clarity, not correction.
Awareness, not self-improvement.
Why this work matters
This work matters when the negative self-talk in your head won’t be quiet.
The way you relate to your thoughts shapes how you experience your life. Those thoughts influence your decisions,
your relationships, and how much ease or stress you carry day to day.
When your inner dialogue is constantly questioning, correcting, or second-guessing you, it limits what feels possible.
When you learn to recognize that dialogue for what it is, you gain more choice in how you
respond to yourself and to the world around you.
This work matters because awareness creates options, and options open life to more possibilities.
What I believe
I believe you can’t change what you don’t notice.
Most people spend years trying to manage their emotions without understanding what’s driving them.
Emotions don’t appear out of nowhere, they are shaped by the thoughts you’re having,
often automatically and often unquestioned.
I believe learning to notice your thoughts, rather than reacting to them, is where real change begins.
Not reacting creates the space to hear what your thoughts are actually saying
and to question how true or useful they really are.
How I work
I listen. Not just to what you’re saying, but how you talk about yourself,
the assumptions you make, the patterns that repeat, and the beliefs that quietly shape your reactions.
Often, these thoughts operate in the background. They sound familiar, reasonable, true.
My role is to notice them as they show up, and reflect them back to you in a way you can actually hear.
From there, you’ll begin to notice those thoughts and how they’ve been running automatically, unquestioned.
Noticing thoughts in real time allows you to pause, and gives you more room to decide how you want to respond.
The work is thoughtful and steady, and it requires honesty, not comfort.
A Note On My Professional Role
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California. The work I offer here is life coaching and educational in nature, not psychotherapy or mental health treatment.
Should you feel you need therapy or support for a mental health concern, please reach out to a licensed therapist in your area.
